Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days within the US. We ship from Los Angeles, so if you're on the West Coast, you'll get it faster. International shipping is available and typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location and customs.
Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We can't control customs. Nobody can.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If it's not there either, hit us up at [email protected].

The front panel is structured foam with a 100% polyester mesh back. It's got an adjustable snapback closure so it fits most heads. The CREW ONLY logo is a sewn-on patch, not a cheap screen print. Built to survive 14-hour shoot days.
Yes. The hoodie is pre-shrunk heavyweight 400gsm cotton blend. Order your normal size. It's a fitted silhouette, so if you want a looser fit, size up one.
We do limited runs. Sign up for the newsletter (the 'Radio Check' at the bottom of any page) and you'll be the first to know. We don't spam. Just drop alerts and the occasional set story.
Some drops are one-and-done. Others come back. If something sells out, sign up for notifications and we'll let you know if it returns. No promises though. When it's gone, it's gone.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. We never see or store your card details.
100%. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of security in the payments industry). Your card info never touches our servers. We literally cannot see it.

30 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Check out our full Return Policy page for the details. Basically: don't wear it on set for a week and then try to return it.
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Sleeve: Measure from the center of the back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist.
